Join RALA!

RALA is the collective voice of leaseholders and residents of Nell Gwynn House and needs your support to function effectively, especially at this moment of opportunity to grasp the freehold through Collective Enfranchisement.

By joining RALA you will gain full access to the site and support the important, totally unpaid work done by the RALA Committee on your behalf day in, day out, to protect your interests in the face of a freeholder and associated parties who have very different agendas.

Combined, we have a £100m investment in this fine apartment block undergoing a much-needed refurbishment. The Freeholder has a residual £2-3 million investment after refurbishing and selling their flats; has little interest in the building now; and has been trying to sell the freehold for some time.

JOIN RALA now to protect your interests! At £100 for the first year and £50 p.a. thereafter (per flat) this is exceptional value and a small price to pay to have peers and colleagues protecting the value of your 6- or 7-figure investment!
