Lifts, window replacement and exterior decoration

Lifts

The refurbishment of the lifts is still in progress following unforeseen delays. This is greatly to be regretted. The work has not been passed by the designer RPW. No immediate date can be given for completion of the work.

Window replacement

Some 100 flats have asked to have their windows replaced during the redecoration of the exterior of the building later this year and next (2008-2009). Many of you will have had your windows replaced some 15 years ago.

Exterior decoration

As already advised by the maintenance trustee the exterior elevation repainting will begin later this year and follow through 2009.
