From the Maintenance Trustee

The Maintenance Trustee ("MT") is Moretons represented by Nicholas Hurst, Managing Director. The MT's role is to protect leaseholders' interests in negotiations or disputes with the freeholder.

These pages are available for the MT to post information he wants to communicate to or reinforce with leaseholders.
