First Communication under New Ownership of Letting Office

As of 21 December 2006, the Letting Office business was bought as a personal investment by Ms Kim Beresford, an accountant who works with Haruna Trading Ltd, which has apparently bought long leases on the basement and Letting Office spaces as property investments. A helpful letter has just been sent to leaseholders who are customers of the Letting Office regarding the current tariff and several other matters of interest.
