Energy certificates
Dear Leaseholder,
If you are letting your flat you may be aware of the new Labour legislation, applicable from Oct 1, requiring every flat let to have an Energy Rating Certificate. I will refrain from commenting on the further waste of money that this entails, as if any tenant would ask to see it, but it is nevertheless required. Belinda in Lettings has kindly arranged a discounted price of around ВЈ30 for any flats that would like to participate irrespective of whether the flat is let through the letting office.
